• All rates are valid for 1 (one) person.
• All rates are inclusive of service charge and applicable taxes.
• To apply for the Early Bird Package Rates, full payment should be received before October 1st, 2008
• Applying for Early Bird Package Rates is associated with payment and not with preliminary reservations.
• Dead line to accept & confirm hotel reservation requests is December 10th, 2008
• Participants are responsible for getting their own travel insurance.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY |
| |
Package Payment:
In order to confirm your package and hotel booking, full payment of the requested package is required 10 days after receiving our preliminary confirmation; otherwise, your reservation will be released. Reinstating your booking will be subject to availability.
Change of Booking:
Any change or cancellation of reservation(s) must be notified in writing to Organizing Commitee and not directly to the hotel.
Arrival Time:
Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hours. Check-in before that time will be subject to availability.
Late Arrivals:
If your exact arrival time is not yet determined when making your hotel booking, please ensure sending its details upon finalizing your airline reservation. This will allow us updating the hotel with your arrival details thus securing your room if late arrival. Otherwise, your reservation risks to be released and no show charges might apply.
Cancellations:
Any cancellation received before August 1st 2008, Full refund ($30 will be deducted for administrative fees).
Any cancellation received between August 1st and September 31st, 75% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Any cancellation received between September 1st and November 31st, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Any cancellation received after November 1st 2008, no refund.
Refunds:
Refunds will be made two months after the convention dates. No refund claims will be accepted after April 1st, 2009. |
